Andrey Belyuchenko, Director of City Planning and Architecture Department, informed about it at the meeting of the Commission on City Planning and Architecture of the Public Council under the RF Ministry of Construction.
Ministry of Construction plans to issue in 2015 a respective Government decree on the procedure of keeping and updating this register. It is intended that this register will start functioning next year as a ministerial information system available to the public.
The register will consist of a few sections: the first section will include regulatory legal documents (directives), including supranational regulatory documents (technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC), conventions) and federal documents (regulatory and legal frameworks, executive directives), the second section will include ministerial regulatory and technical documents (directives).
Members of the Commission also noted the need to implement BIM-technologies in construction of large facilities. Mr Belyuchenko said that for these purposes a national standard on BIM-technologies is scheduled for development.
