Gennady Stanislavovich Sakharov
Born on October 31, 1961 in Kaluga.
In 2003 he graduated from Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, major in ‘Economics and Management at Construction Enterprises’.
At the same time he was working as a Deputy Head of Directorate on Economics, a Deputy Director on Capital Construction at Kalininskaya NPP.
In 2007 he was appointed as the Head of Department on Managing Investment Programmes in Energoatom Concern, OJSC, and in 2009 – the Director of Department on Managing Capital Investment Programmes in Atomenergoprom, OJSC.
Since 2010 he is the Director on Capital Investments in State Atomic Energy Corporation ‘Rosatom’.
Since 2012 he is the Director of a private enterprise ‘Rosatom Branch Centre of the Capital Construction’.

Born on October 19, 1960 in Kharkov. In 1983 he graduated from Kharkov Aeronautical Institute, major in ‘Liquid Propellant Jet Engines’.
Before 2001 he was doing research in Russian Federal Nuclear Centre – All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Experimental Physics. A member of Sarov Town Duma. He was elected as the First Deputy Chairman of Duma on economics and finance.
In 2001-2005 he continued his social and political career – first as the Minister of Construction and Municipal Housing in Nizhny Novgorod regional government, later as the Chief Federal Inspector in Nizhny Novgorod region.
In 2005 he was appointed as the Deputy Governor, the Deputy Chairman of Nizhny Novgorod regional government on construction, power sector, municipal housing and information technologies.
In May 2007 he continued his career in the nuclear industry, becoming a Head of Open Joint Stock Company ‘Nizhny Novgorod Engineering Company ‘Atomenergoproekt’ (NIAEP, JSC).
Since November 2012 he becomes the President of NIAEP, JSC, Management Company of CJSC ‘Atomstroyexport’ (ASE, CJSC).

Born in 1957. In 1979 he graduated from Kaliningrad Higher Military Naval School, Navigation Academy of Naval Forces.
Before 1995 he served in the USSR and RF Navy first as a Nuclear Submarine Commander, later as a Deputy Commander of the Anti-Aircraft Carrier Division.
1995 to 2006 he participated in execution of strategic projects of Incombank, OJSC, and large industrial enterprises, such as Rosskat, CJSC, Tsvetmetobrabotka, CJSC, Kuzbassrazrezugol, OJSC.
In 2006 he was appointed as the Project Management Office Head in E4 Group, OJSC. His worked till 2011 as the Director General Deputy on EPC(M) contracts, and as Advisor to the Director General on operations.
In 2011 he was appointed as Advisor to Director General on project management in Atomenergoproekt, OJSC, and as the Head of Project Management Methodology Unit.
