Single market in construction in the EAEU space: challenges of the new era

The first Congress of NACEC and JSC KazNIISA was held on October 6, 2022 in Kazan. The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of the Eurasian Economic Commission B.A. Sagintayev, and the business program of the event brought together international experts, heads of state and large commercial companies, as well as public organizations to discuss the formation of a single services market in the EAEU space and the development of integration processes in the construction sector, including for the purpose of import substitution; the formation of clear "rules of the game" for the investment and construction business; construction engineering of a new, digital technological order; ensuring the freedom of movement of construction resources in the EAEU space.

New technological horizons for the development of the construction industry in the EAEU and Greater Eurasia until 2030

The Second Eurasian Construction Congress was held successfully and at a high level on October 19, 2023.

During the plenary session, a large report on the implementation of investment projects of the EAEU countries was presented. The report was presented by the General Director of the investment and analytical agency "PKR" and the digital platform "Investment Projects". The agency actively works with the Eurasian Economic Commission, within the framework of the Digital Platform "Investment Projects of Russia and the EAEU" monitors the dynamics of investment activity and each new project in industrial, infrastructure, civil construction in the EAEU space, prepares industry analytics on the volume and dynamics of both private and public investments in the EAEU member states.

Digitalization of the unified technological zone EAEU+ in the construction industry as a tool for achieving technological sovereignty

The III Eurasian Construction Congress was held on the sidelines of the IV World Construction Championship in Yekaterinburg on October 4. Petr Manin, an expert in construction digitalization, delivered a keynote speech on the topic of “Experience in creating regional digitalization strategies in the construction industry using the example of the MENA region.” He spoke about what influences the efficiency of the digitalization process at the regional level, the importance of universal standards for working with data, and the experience of the Middle East.
